 Located near Narkanda this is only known to local residents of area and is completely out of the influence of tourists and other people.

To reach Narkanda you can get a cab or bus from Shimla and it is 3:30 hrs journey.

In Tlgore top you will find series of meadows and it is located just below the rig line.
